Do I need an 8K TV to use it?
No. An 8K TV is only needed to see 8K resolution. On a 4K, Full HD or HD screen, the same subscription plays at the best resolution your screen supports.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K and 100 Mbps for 8K. A wired Ethernet connection gives the most stable result on TVs and set-top boxes.
Which devices are supported?
Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and macOS computers, and MAG or Formuler set-top boxes. See the devices section above for details.
How quickly will I receive my subscription?
After payment, your activation details are sent by email, usually within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and contact the support team.
Can I watch on more than one device?
Yes. Every plan includes 2 simultaneous connections, so two devices can stream at the same time. You can install the player on as many devices as you like, but only two can play at once.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
